Turnkey Project (Full EPC) Service

In this signature service, we engineer your system, procure quality panels, inverters and other components for your system and carry out plant construction (installation) including connection to the grid; for an agreed to up-front price. This is the most convenient way to get your solar system in the ground where we do all the work for you.

Feasibility Study/Detailed Project Report Preparation Service

Create a detailed project report (DPR) for your SPV project as required by the utilities or various nodal agencies. Typically, the DPR includes Conceptual Design, Technology and Supplier selection, Land requirements, Preliminary plant layout, Capacity Utilization Factor Projection, Power Evacuation plan, a complete Bill of Materials and cost estimate. Preliminary System Design Service

Design your solar PV system at a conceptual level working within your guidelines and constraints so you have a better idea about energy production, losses, BOM and related costs. We will:

Select best suited modules and inverters for this project
Design proper configuration for module interconnection
Select an appropriate mounting structure and calculate the optimal height and tilt for this site
Design plant layout including row configurations, inter row distances
Run shading analysis and optimize
Make appropriate energy yield losses assumptions including module degradation
Estimated power output from the plant for the next 25 years
Create line diagrams, indicating combiner boxes, cable schedule & routing

Detailed System Engineering Service

This service entails detailed design and layout of the plant.

Mounting structure racking detailed design and layout drawings with Bill of Quantities
Foundation detailed design drawings with BOQ, as per the Soil test reports
Drawings of ducting, Cable tray layout
Earthing system design
Lightening protection system design
Connection diagram in the Inverter of DC and AC cabling
Specification of step up transformer to be used (recommendation)

Installation Services

Rest easy knowing that your project is managed by true professionals. We will take care of logistics to make sure all components arrive on site in time. We provide oversight that the plant is built right and in time from the ground up. Also included is the financial oversight to synchronize payments with actual delivery of work.

Operation & Maintenance Services

The task of a project developer/owner does not end with commissioning of the plant. Staten Solar provide s the O&M services to make sure that your plant continues operating at optimum performance and all contingencies are handled right away.
